A limited number of weddings

A letter from Gerardo

Written for the couple who wants to know.

This page exists for one reason. Some couples want to sit with everything first. The collections, the numbers, the how and the when, all in one place, before we ever get on a call. I respect that. So here it is, the whole experience, priced in the open, laid out the way I would walk you through it myself.

One thing before you scroll. I will never put you on a meter, and I will never sell you something I do not think you need. Coverage is planned around your day, once, so you are never watching a clock at your own wedding. My responsibility is simpler than that. You are going to blink, and the wedding will be over. What you keep is the story.

Here is how we protect it. And if you came for the numbers first, they are just below: the collections begin at $2,197.

The GM difference

One story, told twice.

Photography and film are not two vendors at your wedding. Here they are one team, one eye, one standard. The photograph holds the split second. The frame you print, the one your children will lift off a shelf someday. The film holds everything the photograph cannot. The sound of the vows. The shake in a father's voice. The way the room erupted when they announced you.

Most of our couples choose both. Not because we push it, but because the still and the moving picture belong together. That is why our collections lead with photography and film as one experience, made under one roof, finished by the same hands.

The Collections

Built around the experience, not the clock.

Photography and cinematography, each its own experience in two tiers, the Premier Experience and the Legacy Experience. Or join them in one of the two Plus collections below, one team telling your story in stillness and in motion. Everything listed is included at the number shown, and on our call we walk your day together and finish your collection custom.

Premier Plus Experience

Photography & Cinematography · Up to 6 hours · one team of two to three artists

Begins at $4,494

For the couple who wants both the photographs and the film, made by one team so the two feel like a single story.

Photography and film as one experience, one team, up to six hours. The still and the moving picture, made under one roof and finished by the same hands. No two studios trading places in your frames, no mismatched styles. One eye and one visual language, so your gallery and your film feel like a single story told two ways.

Best value

Legacy Plus Experience

Photography & Cinematography · Full day · one team of three to four artists

Begins at $6,294

For the couple who wants nothing left out, the whole day in photographs and film, kept as one complete body of work.

Everything, both crafts, a full day, with every documentary film folded in. The complete GM experience. The frame and the sound, the still and the motion, kept as one by the team that stood beside you all day. It is the only way to truly relive your wedding, and not simply remember it.

Nothing on the add-on menu is missing here. Every documentary film, the teaser, and the album, all folded into one complete collection, so the only thing left to do is live the day.

A word on curation

We will never hand you a thousand near-identical frames and call it generosity. We do not count your photographs. We choose them. Every image in your gallery earned its place, finished by hand, kept because it is worth keeping.

The art is in what we leave out.

The delivery

How your story reaches you.

The photographs

Your full gallery arrives on Pic-Time, organized from getting ready to the sendoff. View it, share it, download it, print it. Full print rights, no watermarks, and every image edited true to color.

The films

Your films stream on Vidflow from any phone, tablet, or smart TV. You have a full year to download the highest resolution files. The gallery streams in HD after that and stays open through year five. Our advice on delivery week: download everything. Your story should live with you, not on a platform.

The timeline

Sneak peeks along the way. Full delivery as swiftly as the craft allows. And from your very first inquiry you get a private client portal, your custom app, holding every contract, payment, file, and conversation in one place. Nothing scattered, nothing lost.

The path to your date

Three payments. Zero guesswork.

A signed contract alone does not hold a date. The retainer does. We ask for a third instead of half because life happens, and we build for real life. Everything is signed and paid through your secure portal.

01

Reserve

About one third of your collection reserves the date. The moment your retainer is in, the date is yours. If another couple calls for it, the answer is simple. We are already committed to you.

02

60 days out

The second payment. Automatic reminders arrive ahead of time through your private client portal, so nothing sneaks up on you.

03

30 days out

The final payment. Then the only thing left is to live the day. We handle the rest.

We welcome a limited number of weddings each year, and dates are reserved on a first come basis. If your date matters to you, this is the part that protects it.

Your questions, answered

Asked on real calls. Answered honestly.

These are the questions our couples actually ask, with the same answers Gerardo gives face to face.

Not sure if we need both photo and film?

You do not need anything, and I will never pressure you toward it. But here is what I have learned. The photograph holds the split second, the frame you print and pass down. The film holds what the photograph cannot: the sound of the vows, the shake in a father's voice, the way the room erupted. Most of our couples choose both because the still and the moving picture belong together. One story, told two ways, by one team.

We are awkward on camera. Will that be a problem?

You would be in the majority, and no. Making you comfortable is not a nice extra, it is the actual job. Our style is documentary-led, so most of your day is captured quietly, the way it truly unfolds, with no posing at all. Portrait time is relaxed and never rushed, and we guide you through every second of it. Couples keep telling us they almost forgot the cameras were there. That is the goal.

How many hours do we need?

I do not sell by the hour, so this is really a conversation about your day. Here is the honest mechanic though: the longer we are with you, the more meaningful moments we capture, and the more I have to work with in the edit. That is why the Legacy film runs longer than the Premier film. On our call we will walk your timeline together and I will tell you plainly what fits, even if it is the smaller option.

What holds our date? How do payments work?

Three payments. About a third reserves the date, the second lands 60 days out, the final 30 days out. And a signed contract alone does not hold a date. The retainer does. We ask for a third instead of half because life happens, and we build for real life. The moment the retainer is in, your date is truly yours.

Can we add things later?

Yes, and easily. Add-ons are added after the initial contract through a simple addendum, invoiced separately. Book the collection that fits today, then add the ceremony film or an engagement session whenever you are ready. No pressure, no penalty.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you are sure. We welcome a limited number of weddings each year and dates go on a first come basis, especially in season. If your date matters to you, the retainer is what protects it.

These are the questions couples ask most around pricing and booking. For everything else, from travel to timelines to what happens if it rains, see the full FAQ. Still wondering? Ask us directly. Fast answers are a point of pride here.

How the day feels

You will almost forget we are there.

Our approach is documentary-led. The moment leads, the polish only elevates it. We move quietly, we watch, we anticipate. No stiff direction, no performing for a camera crew. The editorial portraits you will frame are relaxed and unhurried, and we guide you through every second of them.

If you feel awkward in front of a camera, you are in good company. Most of our couples do. Making you comfortable is not a nice extra. It is the job, and it is why the images feel like you.

"He blended into the day so seamlessly that we almost forgot the cameras were there... We cried watching it."

The heirloom

The day ends. The story does not.

Long after the flowers are gone, this is what remains. A film you will play on every anniversary, and on a quiet Saturday for no reason at all. A gallery your family returns to. An album your children will pull off the shelf one day and hold like treasure.

There are only a few times in life when everyone you love stands in the same room. This is one of them. Our whole craft exists so you can relive it, in stillness and in motion, for the rest of your lives.
